The client provided a hand sculpted plastic model.  The base was scanned from two positions.

2D contours and 3D scans were used to reconstruct a muli-surface model.  

IGES files were exported to :

MOTO Development Group,  S.F. ,  CA   for engineering in ProEngineer

ECCO Design,  N.Y.C.,   NY  for surfacing in Alias
