Machined and painted Ren Shape 450 model of the AERx® Pulmonary Drug Delivery System. Original hand sculpted industrial design foam model was digitized and CNC duplicated. The data set was also used to develop surface geometry to guide the tooling vendor in recreating the design in their CAD system.
